George Chalhoub

Brief biography
Dr George Chalhoub is a Lecturer in Human-Computer Interaction at the Department of Computer Science, University College London (UCL), and part of the UCL Interaction Centre (UCLIC). He is also an Associate Member at the Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford.
He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) in Secure Networking by Design at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford, where he worked at the Human Centered Computing group and in collaboration with the EWADA project led by Sir Nigel Shadbolt and Sir Tim Berners-Lee.
He obtained his DPhil (PhD) in Cyber Security at the Department of Computer Science, Oxford, and part of the CDT in Cyber Security in 2022, with support from the Information Commissioner's Office and his MSc in Computer Science from the school of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton in 2018, in collaboration with Lloyd's Register.
He previously performed at Microsoft Research and Nokia Bell Labs, and is affiliated with Oxford Analytica.
