Brief biography

In my PhD, I'm looking at multitasking and task switching in the Amazon Mechanical Turk enviornment. I'm supervised by Prof Anna Cox, Prof Duncan Brumby and Dr Sandy Gould, University of Birmingham. Prior to joining UCLIC, I worked as a User Experience Designer for IBM Design.

On the side, I play an active role in a number of speaker clubs. I'm an active member of Toastmasters International and act as the Vice President of Public Relations for my club, Kings Speakers. I'm also a graduate of the McGuire Programme, a speech therapy course for people who stammer—I happily speak about my journey with my stammer.
